great ac large room friendly staff closed lounge limited drinks high price
i arrived and checked in with ease. the LARGE room had great air conditioning and a clean bed. the staff were all friendly and helpful.
i paid extra for club access , BUT the club lounge was closed. the sky deck was ALSO closed. i found out there was limited availability of drinks.

The well-equipped gym included several exercise machines, it had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. my beautiful laguna twin room had tea and coffee amenities. the breakfast buffet offered fresh fruit juice. I liked it very much.

the gym had nice facilities. it offered enough equipment for a decent workout.
I found the service quite slow at times. getting a simple request fulfilled took longer than expected. i often had to follow up multiple times. It was frustrating.
